Gather and Feast was founded by Tiare Watts. Growing up in a family where the table was the heart and center of her home, cooking for friends and family had always been what brings her joy.

Meet THE chef
"For the past couple decades Chef Susan Prior has worked as a personal chef, nutritional consultant and restaurateur at various locations around the world. In 2013, she settled on the North Shore of Oahu.
In 2021 The Country Eatery & Juicery was opened admist the Covid pandemic.
Located on the North Shore, her cafe offers delicious and nutritious, locally sourced meals, juices and snacks. The menu changes with the season so we can take advantage of the amazing local seasonal organic produce on offer.
She established the goal of redefining how communities along the North Shore and greater Oahu eat and source their food. The Country was born and has been providing innovative fresh fare to local families ever since. "
